Dr. Kelly Keefe Nelson, MD

Dr. Nelson listens to his patients and treats them as individuals. He is knowledgeable so there is never a worry that he misses something. In a world of robotic medical practices that seem impersonal it's nice to have doctor who has time for you and all of the right answers.

Visited Dr Nelson twice. 1st time a bit abrupt but I had scheduled a "rush" visit. The regular followup was fine. Gave me plenty of time to discuss issues. Office staff a bit rude or busy or disorganized. Not sure what.

Admin activities of scheduling appointment and checking-in for appointment are just average, but once you get in there the care and consideration provided by the Doctor and all of his PAs have always been TOP NOTCH for both me and my wife. His Referrals to the appropriate specialists have always been on target.

I have been taking my children to Dr Nelson for over six years. I will not be going back to her office due to the actions and verbal abuse of some of her staff. They are absolutely terrible. Rude. Hateful. Disrespectful. Discouraging. Irresponsible. Inappropriate. I will never go back into this office because of the way they allow their office staff and techs to treat people. Even the billing office is awful. They are completely unprofessional and disrespectful to their patients and family members. This will eventually cause them to lose a great deal of business. I have continuously tried to give them a fair chance and alert the administration to the behavior of their staff and they apparently do not care or give any regard to the lack of overall professionalism of their staff and office. I am extremely disappointed and will make every effort to alert the media, friends, family and anyone else of the integrity of this office (Physicians to Children) and their staff.

No nonsense doctor who does what he needs to do, and answers all questions fully.

Dr. Nelson is the finest physician I have had. He knows; he cares. The best!!
