Dr. Kenneth A Ward, MD

He was my PCP for a couple years. He seemed like a decent physician at first. I suffer from General Anxiety Disorder and Acute Panic Disorder. It is very manageable. I work full time and love my career. I'm in a long-term, loving relationship. I lead a meaningful and productive life. I'm grateful for that. Unfortunately, when put in stressful, hostile, or uncomfortable situations, I don't always recognize things "as they are". Instead I often assume my anxiety is "tricking me". Reflecting on my visits with Dr. Ward, he was often verbally abusive. He was always sarcastic and rude, referring to me as a "sad clown" because I was smiling one day. He was demeaning and often threatened me in regards to my anxiety medication. He stated several times that "no doctor but me would ever prescribe them to you". I don't know why he felt the need to say those things, or inform me during every visit that he "didn't need me as a patient because he gets paid the same amount no matter how many patients… he sees". (That was weird). I have absolutely no idea why I continuously went back every 3 -4 months, per his request, but I do recall having massive panic attacks before and after every appointment. He's a stone cold weirdo and I cannot believe he's allowed to practice medicine. There's a lot more, but I'll keep it light.

I recently called Dr. Ward and explained that we were caring for my mother in law, who I thought was dying. She was refusing to go a doctor. We convinced her to allow visiting nurse to come in. This required a script from a doctor who had seen her in last 30 days. She was a patient of Dr. Ward, although she had not seen him recently. We asked the doctor to please give us an appointment as soon as possible. His staff indicated that he cold see her in 8 days.

This doctor is horrible! Opinionated, rude and obnoxious without a humble bone in his body! I have many serious medical issues and my very first meeting(and my last) he attacked me verbally for a half hour straight! I left in tears and have a witness. I'm at a loss for words. He was arrogant and rude and so was his assistant! I wouldn't take my dog there! Appalling!

Never quite listens as to the problem.Very opinionated.Cares more about how much money he can make versus the well being of patients.Cost me thousands in medical testing only to get an answer of "I dont know"
