Dr Merkatz is an excellent doctor who demonstrates excellent knowledge of his area of expertise. Any patient is lucky be diagnosed and treated by him.

I am not very happy with my Cardiologist- He came in to exam room- Proceeded to ask me if I had any questions for him- did not review the EKG that was just done- said that my cholesterol was a little high- but did not make any recommendations- asked if I had any chest pain or shortness of breath & if I had trouble walking up the stairs--- ??? total waste of my time! Why did I go for a Cardiologist check up???
