Dr. Kenneth Ross Neufeld, MD

I paid a large amount for eyelid surgery, but Dr. Neufeld and his staff showed no care or follow-up. My eyes looked worse after the surgery, and they didn't seem to care about the results. Think twice before choosing this doctor—he and his team don’t prioritize patients.

Dr. Neufeld was an excellent doctor. He explained everything and was a fantastic communicator . His staff was efficient and very kind. I was so happy with everything.

Great experience before and after surgery.

I had three procedures with Dr. Neufeld: ptosis surgery, blepharoplasty, full-face laser resurfacing. Each required expensive, painful, anxiety-producing followup surgery. While the ptosis surgery was first performed in the surgical suite, Dr. Neufeld did a correction in his exam room. I wasn't asked my preference. A painful infection followed, and the scar required multiple injections and surgery. My eyelid was misshapen and my eye didn’t close properly; requiring corrective surgery The blepharoplasty failed in less than a year; it was repaired elsewhere and remains fine. The laser resurfacing resulted in large scars, plus he stopped far from my lip, resulting in a very visible brown line between old and new skin. The heads of ophthalmologic plastic surgery and dermatologic laser surgery at University of California, San Francisco, did the repairs. One doctor asked, "Why would you use an ophthalmologist for dermatologic surgery?" Why I chose him at all, I do not know.

I received excellent care during surgical procedure and in follow up appointments. I would recommend Dr Neufeld to anyone who needed his expertise in eye surgery.

Excellent surgery and fantastic supporting services all round

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Neufeld. He’s just the best!! I had been contemplating blepharoplasty surgery for several years but couldn’t get up the courage to follow through with it. After consulting with two other physicians (both highly respected plastic surgeons), a friend referred me to Dr. Neufeld. I am so glad she did!! (Shout out to Lil at Seraphim Skin Care.??) He was very thorough in explaining the procedure to me, and made me feel at ease by vowing to take a conservative approach. Realizing that his specialty and area of expertise is the eyes (unlike the other physicians I had consulted with that perform various types of plastic surgeries) gave me even further assurance that he could achieve the results I was looking for. I chose to have upper and lower blepharoplasty and skin lasering underneath the eyes. Dr. Neufeld did an excellent job. I could not be more pleased! From the first day that I walked into the office and met with Eileen, his… Surgical Coordinator, to the surgery itself and exceptional post care, to my final follow up visit and BBL treatments with Ronda, I have had the utmost exceptional experience. With my surgery having taken place during the COVID pandemic, I admit I had concerns. I quickly found out those concerns were unnecessary. Every safety precaution has been put into place...temp taken upon entry to the building, sanitizer offered, all kiosk equipment thoroughly sanitized, masks are mandatory for staff and patients alike, and social distancing is enforced. I never once felt uncomfortable or unsafe in any way. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Neufeld and would highly recommend him! ??????????

Choosing Dr. Neufeld over other doctors that I consulted with to perform my upper & lower bleph was one of the best decisions I’ve made. He listened to what I wanted, his attention to detail and bedside manners are second to none. Dr. Neufeld and his staff provided excellent customer service, all of my questions were answered, recovery was minimal, I’ve had no complications and the results have far exceeded my expectations I feel & look 10 years younger. Don’t waste your time or money anywhere else.
