Dr. Kenneth Jung II, MD

I had severe damage to my foot and toe and most doctors that I saw didn't have a surgical plan. Then I met Dr. Kenneth Jung and he not only knew what to do but he told me that my expectations were not unreasonable. He preformed my surgery and the results 9 months post-op are beyond my expectations. This is the best doctor experience I have ever had. Please see this doctor, he is really this wonderful.

Dr. Jung removed a bone spur from right foot in 2011. He said the recovery would be 7 weeks. 9 years later I still have foot pain. I fired Dr. Jung after a couple of months on crutches because when I finally started to walk again o was in tremendous pain. When I asked him why he shrugged his shoulders. Avoid this doctor like the plague.

I saw Dr. Jung for an ankle problem. He recommended a procedure and told me that his staff would contact me to set this up. He also prescribed physical therapy following the procedure. He said that Vanessa would call me about the procedure within a few days. After a week, I started trying to contact her by calling the number that Dr. Jung gave me. The phone was never answered so I could only leave messages that were not returned. After several weeks, there was a change to their phone system. When I call now, I speak to someone but they always say that I have to speak to Vanessa. They will have her call me. After trying for over a month, I managed to speak to Vanessa one time. She said that she would have to call me back in a few days. She called six days later and asked me to call her back. After more than a month, I have still not gotten my procedure set up and my physical therapy prescription has nearly expired. I will not waste my time and money with Dr. Jung any longer.

Dr Jung operated on my ankle. He initially was very serious, but with time he started to smile-and giggle. ! My case started off as simple and got complicated when my body would not heal. What I’m most pleased was within 8 weeks of surgery, he had bloodwork done to test my vitamin D, calcium and magnesium levels to see if a deficiency was causing the delay. In order words, he thinks out side the box. I would definitely recommend him

Amazing doctor, blessed to have him perform surgery on me.

Let me start out by saying that I RARELY ever write bad reviews. But this experience has been so egregious that I feel the need to write a review and warn everyone about this doctor. I was having an issue with my treatment and I called the doctor EVERY WEEK FOR FOUR WEEKS to get a resolution to my issue. HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. His assistant is the rudest person I've ever met with the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. She is not helpful and condescending. We also made an appointment for her to make an insole for me and she messed up with her scheduling and didn't show up. She never apologized for making the mistake and tried to blame me for it. I have NEVER missed an appointment and I'm very good about keeping my calendar straight. He doesn't care about his patients and he was not helpful for my condition at all. In fact, my foot got worse and my other foot started to hurt as well. I would not recommend him as a doctor to ANYONE. Save your precious time and money and go to another doctor.

Dr. Jung amazed me with his skill, patience, accuracy, bedside manner, and genuine concern. He and his team made my surgical experience so much easier than I anticipated. He is very confident in his skills and that eased my mind. He even took the time to sutured my foot in a manner that amazes everyone---hardly a scar! Lydia, his assistant, also took excellent care of me. This is my 3rd surgery with a Kerlan Jobe doc, they must all be excellent.

I'm no celebrity, yet over the past several years, Dr. Jung has treated me with great personal concern and compassion. I have recommended him to several friends, and each has thanked me for the referral, stating complete satisfaction with both Dr. Jung and his very caring staff. I have had to wait on occasion, but as is the case with any good dr - he's well worth it.

Lack of concern with personal care. More concerned with celebrities. Too busy to listen to patient concerns.

Discarded my concerns and released me 30 days later, without seeing me first. Felt like I was not important...Kobe Bryant was more important that day!

Felt like a second class citizen. Jung did not have concerns about what I was actually feeling and release me without doing a follow-up visit to ensure symptoms cleared up. I wasn't a professional athlete and wasn't important enough to listen to mine or my Physical Therapist concerns.
