Bad vibes

He doesn't look at the patient! A receptionist was VERY rude to me. I was there for hearing loss and when I asked her to speak up she replied, " CAN. YOU. HEAR. ME. NOW?" Very demeaning. The audiologist was fine, but I ended up getting hearing aides at a place with very nice people.
