Dr. Kevin James Gaffney, MD

The wait times in this office were over an hour for both appointments. My condition required a magnifying glass to identify and diagnose. He couldn't be bothered. Beyond Dr. Gaffney didn't listen regarding the history of my condition. He was condescending and arrogant.

Excellent staff and Dr. G is great however, the waiting times are ridiculous. They really should work on not scheduling so may people at once.

I have been coming to Ann Marie about 3 years now, she is always through and caring. If I have any issues she calls me to see how I’m doing.

I must begin with so much gratitude for such a loving attitude from an Angel I met today named Rachel. I was totally miserable with a allergic reaction, and she was totally warm, caring, and genuinely concerned!!! She was patient and kind and she made me feel better, just by her awesome demeanor!! Thanks, also to Dr Gaffney who I always trust! I wish he could be available 24/7-, But as he informed me “That’s not how we do it, here”! Dr. Gaffney was recommended to me by a friend. My husband and I both went for an initial body scan. We were both impressed with Dr. Gaffney's expertise, professionalism, and care. I recently had a concern and was able to schedule a timely appointment. Although it was a little wait in the office, it was worth the time as he found a place that I had not seen that needed to be biopsied. Dr. Gaffney gives thorough examinations and addresses any and all your concerns. I will continue seeing Dr. Gaffney for any of my dermatology needs. Nurse Ashley was very professional and reassuring. She explained things thoroughly to me to ease my worries. Thank you Dr. Gaffney and Ashley.

Wait time has improved. Dr Gaffney listens, educates and show care to me as a patient. He is an outstanding physician.

I waited to see the doctor for over 45 minutes in the very crowded waiting room. I waited another 30 minutes and then decided that my time was being wasted so I told the receptionist I was leaving due to the extremely long wait. At that point, I asked her if that was normal or if there was some unforeseen emergency, she said it was "normal to wait that long", and then offered to reschedule me for another day which I declined. If a doctor's office does not respect my time or comfort what type of "care" do they really provide?

Sadly I have had to see many doctors for many different problems. The only bad thing with Dr. Gaffney is the wait, every time. However, he has a great personality and is one of the best doctors I've had. And I've had many. I know longer live in Michigan, wish I had a doctor like that where I live now.
