I found Dr. Ganong to be very unhelpful. He did not look at my past history; wanted me to give him a review of past testing rather look at it himself. He was not in the least concerned about how I felt and gave me no pertinent information to any questions I had for him. It appeared to me that he was just checking me off his list as seen. But I felt very unheard. I will not go back ever!

Arrived and was taken back very quickly. Doctor Ganong and the all very attentive, knowledgeable, and overall very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this doctor with absolutely no reservations. Thank you Dr. Ganong and staff.

Always spends enough time to go over all test results, planned treatment, etc. But one of the best parts of seeing Dr. Ganong is his office hours and promptness in keeping to scheduled times. I have been seeing a variety of doctors for many years, and no one has come close in this regard.

He doesn't do labs on what you need even when asked.

I was concerned before I went because of reviews by thyroid patients. It seems he is primarily a diabetes specialist. My labs are mostly normal but I am symptomatic. He was only concerned with what he could see & not concerned at all with how bad I felt. Not willing to consider any kind of testing or treatment. Will not be returning.

I have been to him twice for biopsies on my thyroid. He is an excellent doctor with a great bedside manner. He is also very gentle. The procedure didn't hurt at all. I no longer live in the Jonesboro area or NE Arkansas, but when it's time for another biopsy, I will definitely be going back to him.

Dr. Ganong is hilarious. He is very kind and he truly cares about his patients. I wouldn't want to go see anyone else for my thyroid problem.

One of the worst doctors I have ever been to. Disrespectful, rude, and ugly. Basically told me that even my pulse that HE took was a lie and I was faking being sick for twenty years. DO NOT see this doctor!!!! It is a complete waste of time and energy.
