Horrible!

Dr gave husband colonoscopy and billed it diagnostic rather than normal screening so was not covered under the free preventive portion. Gave him a diagnosis he did not have. They changed the coding for their bill and were paid in full by insurance but won’t change it for the hospital so they can bill It correctly. The staff won’t answer the phone and if you leave a message they rarely call you back. If they do, they never follow through on what they say. So frustrating! I have the hospital now threatening collections because they cannot get Dr office to fax or call with the correct information. I have been fighting this for 6 months now.

Had a colonoscopy by Dr Preston. It was supposed to be free under my insurance but his office put the wrong codes on the bill and I am being charged around a grand now for something that was supposed to be free. Tried to contact him but there was no answer. My insurance contacted him and he refuses to change the bill to preventive medicine. I was charged for 2 anesthesiologists also but only 1 was on the room while I was awake. If you go to him beware and make sure he is aware that you are getting preventative medicine. Other people I work with went through the same thing. I am paying a grand to find out i have hemmroids which I was already aware of. My friend at work was diagnosed with colon cancer by another dr and their colonoscopy was free. My boyfriend had one last year and they found something and diagnosed it, it was free. Dr Preston is veey hard to work woth. If i had known they were going yo charge me all this money I never would have had it.

We have been very happy with our care from Dr. Preston over the years. Great Doctor!

When trying to asked questions was ignored.

I have seen Dr Preston for awhile. He is very kind, knows his stuff and will tell you what to do to improve your health weather you want to hear it or not. I love his nurse, she is funny, smart, and caring and just a beautiful person. I would recomennd him to everyone

A very caring and competent physician. He was my doctor from about 1988 until moving from the area in 2009. Due to a family history of colon cancer, over those years he provided totally painless colonoscopy procedures every 2-3 years and one upper gastrointestinal endoscopy. Would highly recommend.
