This gentleman ruined my eye. I had to go to Emory to fix what they could.

excellent doctor-very informative-easy to converse

Dr. Freeman's does not have a bedside manner. He does a horrid job of explaining things. Told me the surgery would not hurt, yet the left eye was hurting tremendously during the surgery, to the point my body jerked in a pain response, at which point he yelled at me to be still. The office personnel are worse. They caused me to overpay by almost $500 and no one will bother to return calls, send statements or see me when I go over there. It is always "someone else" responsibility and they will "call". I've tried contacting them over a dozen times and have NEVER received a call back. Surgery was in August, it is now mid Feb. I want my money back!

Ok,he is a good doctor,but his staff does definitely negatively impact his services.They will run you away.They have overcharged me numerous amount of times during my repeat visits.Six months can go by,and they won't even acknowledge they are doing it.They don't communicate with the patients that they are overcharging and about reimburstment.I went up there after getting so mad because every time I left a message about dissatisfaction of over payment,I was ignored.Tina,and Stacy both assured me I would be getting a refund check.Several more months went by,and no check,no explanation!I called down there again.Then finally had to send certified letters to both doctors warning them that if I didn't get my money,we would be going to small claims court.Finally they sent a check.it was almost $100 short.Then I had to call back again being irrate.I have to call back in a few days to go over everything again.This is nothing but a repeat headache.I have never experienced anything like this in… my life.They just don't want you to have your money until after your 5th visit.Then after they file it,you have to wait 6-8 weeks more weeks for your refund.They don't refund after each visit is filed,and the insurance pays.They wait until after your 5th visit to even up with you.Then they screw you out of your money,and don't want to give it all to you.Most the receptionists are respectful,but everybody else is cold,and heartless,and do not care about the patients at all.And I hope you don't have to ever see his partner,he is mean,and rude,doesn't explain things,and makes rude remarks.I think this doctor Kevin Freeman needs to get him a new staff,or go join another practice because the environment set in this office will surely run people away.I already found me a new eye doctor,and am very happy with him.I just wished I didn't wait so long.

Great! Really good with both kids and adults. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Doctors are straight to the point and aren't wasting any time. It is very efficient and I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to get a good eye treatment!
