Dr. Khaled Mohamed Zeitoun, MD

Stay away from this doctor! He only cares about money! He did too many procedures that are not necessary! Office is dirty, staffs are rude!

Dr. Zeitoun is very knowledgeable and professional. He definitely helped us with our problem.

All Dr. Zeitoun's concern in money, I seen him 3 times, he never spend more than 5 minutes with me. In and out without any satisfactory explanation. He is always busy with being more patients one after the other to see as many as he can in one day . The worst part is when you ask him a question and he would refer you to his assistant, he calls her( office manager )her name is ABEER , THIS OLD WOMAN has no management or communication skills ,she is very rude . she treats patients like buggers , forgetting that she is getting paid because them .As a patient I already have enough to worry about health wise, and little support would mean a lot and thats what any patient needs the most, is that office they forget that they are working with patient especially Abeer she has lack of sympahty and morals. after i asked her a very simple question, she started screaming on me saying I am not the doctor , i don't know anything about your case ,why you didn't ask him ? why you are asking me? I… politely said , he is the one who told me go to ABEER and she will explain to you. to make the long story short, I walked out crying with broken heart , I got the worst treatment ever from that OLD WOMAN ABEER, I didn't say anything bad to her but I believe in KARMA. PLEASE STAY AAWAY FROM THAT OFFICE AND ITS STAFF , SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE YOU CAN GET THE RIGHT SERVICE AND RIGHT TREATMENT

I spent years trying to conceive until I was referred to Dr. Zietoun. I am blessed and honored to be the mother of an amazing baby. Dr. Zietoun was extremely helpful. He also assisted me by providing me with encouragement and resources after conception. I highly recommend him. His assistance and prayers help make motherhood a reality for me. I also would like to add that I previously tried to conceive for years. I attended numerous other fertility clinics that were unsuccessful and expensive. Dr. Zietoun is expensive too but he was successful and was worth every penny. I did try to conceive again recently with the help of Dr. Zietoun and it was not successful but I he explained the odds before I begun the process. I was hopeful. I was disappointed when the pregnancy didn't last. but he did have an honest conversation with me about his expectation. So, I still recommend him because he help me conceived my precious child and he was very honest about what he predicted with… the other attempts.

this doctor's office is a NIGHTMARE. While Dr. Zeitoun is very knowledgeable and I felt that his diagnosis and information was fine, his staff and EVERY OTHER PART of this experience was HEINOUS. I saw him on 3 occasions and was scheduled for a laproscopic surgery. He is far too busy and his assistants are all COMPLETELY INEPT. every time I went, i wanted at least an hour. on one occasion they had me in a second room waiting for him with no pants on in the gown and on a table FOR AN HOUR, after I had waited to see him FOR AN HOUR. i was in the office nearly 3 hours that night for a pap smear and colposcopy. Both procedures that take only MINUTES. furthermore, in one of the rooms, there were samples strewn about and it looked neither organized, nor sanitary. I wouldn't trust this staff with ANYTHING. Dr Zeitoun wanted to do laproscopic surgery on me to see if I had endometriosis anywhere that he could not detect via ultrasound. I scheduled it but after my second… NIGHTMARE appointment with his office, canceled it. When I called them to cancel, they told me "oh, we're glad you called. the hospital we planned to have your surgery at doesn't take your insurance." i'm like..WHEN WERE YOU PLANNING ON TELLING ME THAT? AFTER I GOT A BILL FOR 20K? They also submit EVERY ONE of my bills improperly or with no insurance info so i spent months trying to get the bills paid properly through insurance. From my first day at their office, they clearly didn't know how to DO ANYTHING insurance related and they only accepted cash (um, this isn't a deli. SHADY). DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT go to this doctor. I don't care what his reviews say----a doctor is only as good as his staff and fellow professionals, and NOTHING about these visits was professional.

Wait time is a bit long but what do you expect when you are being treated by an amazing doctor who is solid and knows he's practice. Doesn't waste time or order unnecessary test. One of the best, he is!

Avoid at any cost! Unreasonable waiting time (2+ hours), unorganized and dirty office, no communication to your concerns. I had blood test taken after my first visit and by my second visit he hadn't even seen my blood test results? Asked me 'how was it?", ignorant, does not care about his patients, only after your money. Plus I found out that he has fda violation on his record. and that is is online dating pervert. Hope his license gets revoked.

Excellent. This doctor is one of the best. Love the staff as well.

I do not recommend for for complex cases. General/ simple ob-gyn concerns, maybe, but other than that he has no communication skills what so ever.

I would be forever grateful to Dr Zeitoun and his staff for the wonderful service they have provided for me during my treatment. Dr Z saved my life, my marriage, and gave me a brand new start. He is so amazing. A MILLION THANKS TO DR ZEITOUN.
