Dr. Khorshed Madan, MD

I don't know a better doctor. not only is she so very knowledgeable in all medical areas, but she takes the time to listen to your concerns and is kinder than anyone I have ever met. she has saved my life on numerous occasions, by always knowing the problem and who she can refer me to, to get the problem taken care of. she is the kindest person, full of knowledge and always does her best for everyone. she always takes the time to give you her all and the very best in medical care!

Dr Madan is a caring, compassionate physician. She has a great heart and good intentions. I feel she is knowledgeable, competent and rare in that she spends time with her patients. However, My experience was more harmful than helpful. The unfortunate experience I had ( over a long period of time) was that although not fully aware, she made a quick judgement of me. I had a history of depression/ anxiety in the past but was under treatment with a specialist and doing quite well for many many years. My personal experience was that my physical concerns were not taken seriously and I was in significant discomfort and really struggling with physical symptoms. I was constantly told it was anxiety, told that I looked sad and wanted to know why, etc. In reality i was in pain and indeed frustrated. I was not anxious until I felt blown off ( not personally but medically). Now i do feel anxiety when going to my new doctor because of my experience , i have a real fear of being blown… off again. I have now been diagnosed with auto immune diseases and wonder why I put up with having judgements or possibly her own feelings projected on to me. Can't say for sure but for me was definitely a less than satisfactory doctor-patient relationship. She should have focused on her specialty, she is not a specialist in psychiatry or therapy . I'm sorry, love her as a person but she really dropped the ball with my medical care.

Dr. Madan was referred to me by my cardiologist. I felt comfortable with her right from the start. She is a caring, realistic, dedicated and thorough doctor. She is compassionate and takes the time to listen and then does the necessary steps to help work with your health problems. Over the years from 1997 up to now, I have found her to be quite capable in her profession as a doctor. I live a distance from where she pratices, but I am not going to change my doctor because I cannot say one thing wrong about Dr. Madan because she has proven to be all that I have mentioned above.GOD BLESS DR. MADAN.

Dr. Madan is ALWAYS late! Expect to spend at least 3 hours in the office. She is very thorough and she listens. She will spend all the time needed which is, in part, why she is always running so late. I wouldn't put up with these long wait times if I was healthy, but being chronically ill, she documented my case such that I was approved for Social Security disability. That is priceless!

Went to her from 1995-2008 and only stopped when I moved out of state. She's real caring and listens intently to what you have to say. The reason her wait time is so long is she never rushes you out of the office.
