Dr. Kimberly S Byers-Lund, DO

Took my child to her to re-establish care w/her after her move from Coronado Family Medicine and she berated my daughter for being underweight. I was shocked. This made me especially upset bc I was always underweight as a child and unusually petite as an adult. She had some valid points but seemed not to consider outliers or what I was telling her as a parent. But more than anything she had poor bedside manner and my daughter asked “if we could go to another doctor next time.” After that appt.I was completely turned off. This was a stark contrast from previous visits.

Doesn't represent sharp and there quality of care, I am very disappointment by their beside manner and willing to put the patient needs first.

Takes the time to listen to problems, refers to specialist if needed, follows up on hospital emergency visits.

Great doctor Dr Kim Byers Lund is always on time very caring. I also really like her nurse Tena who was very personable and asked me all the questions with care and concern. I was very happy with them, but the front office needs a lot of work they are unprofessional and the side you are brought in on is very dirty with old office equipment however on the side I was in everything was updated nice and clean. i do they they can use a renovation.

Dr Byers-Lund is a fantastic doctor. Knowledgeable, compassionate, and listenscarefully to patients needs. She spends time with you and makes eye contact with you and really takes the time determine agood plan of care if needed.
