I am a family physician and my wife is a RN. We not only go to Dr. Lund but refer all our family and friends to her because she is intelligent, compassionate, concerned, and very easy to talk to.

Several bad experiences w/Dr Lund. One example: Dr. Lund did a skin cancer biopsy on my chest and left the room. When it was obvious no one was going to come to dress the wound, I got dressed and went to the front office holding a wad of bloody kleenex to my chest to get help. The woman in the front was very hostile, probably because other Pts witnessed the lack of care given. The woman brought me in a side room and without washing her hands and without one word to me, bandaged the wound. It later got infected.Dr. Lund said she was going to adjust one of my medications, based on lab results and my symptoms. She didn't follow through and kept calling in the old RX. After months of phone calls about this issue, I went to see Dr Lund for a serious kidney infection. At that time she told me she would call in the new RX w/in a couple of days. She did not. When I expressed my frustration by phone, I was told Dr Lund cancelled my upcoming appt for my kidney infection and I could find a new… Dr. She left me w/ out the care I needed for a serious condition.Dr Lund got her Tripler training during the "bad old days" when soldiers were treated as govt property rather than people. She clearly carried this ethic into her private practice.

Dr. Lund gave me excellent attention. So happy to find a caring Dr. that didn't seem in a big rush.

I'm having difficulty explaining to the office staff the incorrect prescription I received. I do not feel this matter was taken care of in a timely matter. I felt that one of the staff was a bit rude to me on the phone - I'm not sure which one it was. The system of record keeping seems a bit confusing for them.

This office is very good. I trust them and had good experiences with the PA and any Dr. I have seen. I am sick today and I can call and know that they will fit me in soon.

Dr. Lund takes a significant amount of time with her patients, and other office staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Trade Winds Family Medicine is different from what you'd expect going to the doctor. I highly recommend it.

The office is beautiful. The staff is friendly. An R.N. stays in the room with me for my entire visit, and they always schedule me with the same one. Dr. Lund is warm, professional, and knowledgable. And they are early for my appointment every time! Trade Winds Family Medicine is outstanding.

One of the Best Doctors in Hawaii. Most doctors enter the exam room and not even look you in the face. Not Dr. Lund, she is a GREAT DOCTOR! Highly recommended.
