This was my first visit with Dr. Ottoni, for an annual exam, after my last PCP retired. I liked her very much and appreciated her professionalism, caring and friendly interaction, respectful approach, willingness to listen and answer questions, ability and interest in responding to concerns and needs, and making an appropriate referral. After being shuffled around to so many doctors for the past several years as they come and go, with some being better than others, I plan to continue to see this provider and hope that she stays at this practice for a long time to come. Dr. Ottoni and her team were wonderful, and I experienced this as a very good visit. I encourage the Henry Ford Health System to provide what is needed to keep these professionals on board.

Dr. Ottoni is a concerned doctor. She always responds to messages on the portal. This visit she seemed a bit rushed and I felt I did not have time to ask/talk about all things I had concerns about.

This was my second visit with this provider. She was behind and I had to wait for 25-30 minutes for her to arrive in the exam room. However, I did not mind. I was very patient. Why? Because I know that this Doctor will give me the time and attention that is needed to discuss my situation and to create a plan of action for the future. I know she will be thorough because she goes over everything and brings some things to attention that I may have been avoiding and with great empathy and persuasion she will eventually allow me to make the decision to do what is right for my health. She is genuinely a great caring doctor and her listening skills are exceptional.
