Drs at this facility are awesome they listen to you and I love ?? Dr Kim Ross. My whole family are patients here. I recommend them.

I went to several other Dermatologists and unfortunately their treatments did nothing to help my condition. Thankfully, I went to Dr. Ross because she is the only doctor who was able to help with my condition.

Haven't actually met Dr. Ross, but my experience with their office and staff has been extremely subpar. They have the worst hours and are hardly ever available. You will constantly get put on hold for extended periods of time when you call, passed off to another office, and then hung up on. They rarely return your call. Seems like patient care and customer service is of less value if you aren't there to get any of their cosmetic procedures or treatments. I will never recommend anyone to them. I am currently working with my insurance to get a new referral to a different dermatologist. I don't have anything good to say about this doctor's office and staff.

My appointment was cancelled without notifying me, I was informed when I walked in to my appointment. Front desk person did not show any concern and did not seem to care for not notifying me regarding appointment cancellation. Asked if I can speak to clinic manager, I was told they did not have a clinic manager. Left message if Dr. Ross could return my call. Never received a call back. Very poor customer service.

I recently started going to Dr. Ross after switching from another doctor and I couldn’t be happier. After hiding multiple physicians who couldn’t diagnosis my problems, Dr. Ross figured it out right away and made sure that I received all the medications and information needed to help. Go see her, you won’t regret it!
