Dr. Polavarapu was wonderful. I had a cyst removed from my face and I would do it all over again because of the great experience I had with the doctor and her staff. She has a reassuring and warm bed side manner and takes her time with you.

I met with Dr Polavarapu and immediately felt very comfortable and confident she was an excellent choice to do my cosmetic surgery. She relates well to her patients and it's obvious that she really cares. She took a lot of time explaining everything so I could understand completely. I would highly recommend Dr. Polararapu as a plastic surgeon because she is kind, thoughtful, and has a wonderful way of making her patients feel like family. I am a fifty- one year old female who wanted a nose job. I felt like maybe I should learn to live with my nose, because it was just a small part of the wonderful woman I am. Until, one day I had an appointment at the NY Eye and Ear Infirmary. I met someone who was having a procedure done and they highly recommended Dr. Polararapu. When I first met Dr.Polararapu we talked about what I wanted done and about my realistic expectations. After our first meeting, she made me feel safe and comfortable. As they say the rest is history, and now Iâ??m over joyed with my new nose. My only complaint is that I didnâ??t meet with Dr. Polararapu earlier. Anyone who is thinking about having a procedure done who is scared, unsure, and needs a second opinion please call Dr. Polararapu you will not regret your decision. Not only is she the best plastic surgeon she really cares about her patients before and after surgery. I know I have a friend for life. I can't stress how comfortable Dr. Polavarapu made me feel from our initial consultation. She answered all of my questions/concerns and made me feel that she was THE Dr. to go with. She made me feel like a friend and not just another patient. She was always available via email before and after my surgery, which I loved because I had many questions. On the day of my surgery, coming face to face with the OR was very scary for me, but Kiran was right there rubbing my arm, as I was being prepped, I felt safe. When the surgery was done and I was sent to my recovery room, Kiran again came to see me and assured me that everything went well. I have a set of new boobies and I LOVE them. Kiran understood the vision I had and she made it happen. Going with her recommendation was the best choice I made (I thought I needed to go bigger). My BA was a success, I had a speedy recovery, minimum pain and they look so natural. If you are considering surgery please go see Dr. Kiran Polavarapu. I love her.

I work in the fashion & beauty biz, my standards and expectations are high to be able to provide my clients with the very best. I consulted with several highly regarded P.S's in NYC after both my silicone implants erupted beyond the outer-shell in a snowboarding accident. I was deeply concerned about the ongoing silicone leakage and wasn't sure I wanted new implants but was also concerned what my breast would look like after 30 years with implants. I was also hesitant to do a lift with the possibility of loosing sensation in my nipples and added scars. I had always felt good with my implants, so good I forgot I had any. But after the accident and the discovery of the eruption though Mammo and Sonogram I started to feel very unsafe with something artificial that is essence could possibly cause me harm even if I was told "leakage was not a very big deal". Personally I could not feel safe knowing silicone might enter my lungs or lymph nodes. The four PS's I consulted with, prior to consulting w Kiran Polavarapu, MD, highly recommended immediate replacement of the implants and a lift. None of them took my question of leaving my breast with out implants very serious which left me feeling like I was dealing with salesmen instead of doctors. I decided to go with Kiran Polavarapu, MD (during her fellowship at NYEE) She was the only P.S whom recommended following which I felt was great advice: -Remove erupted implants and leaked silicone, then let the skin / body heal since your skin/ pockets had stretched out with 30 y old implants. Immediately replacing implants with the same size would risk new implants to turn in their pockets while a (something none of the previous docs had brought to my attention). I was already feeling unsafe so the thought of the possibility of implants turning only made me more uncomfy. If I didn't like the all natural results after healing process I could add new implants after 3-6 month. Yes it would require two operations but it would be the safe way to go. Today two month has past since the removal...... I love my breast without implants!!! My nipples crept up on their own just enough without the added weight of the implants so a lift was not needed. I am so pleased with the results!!!! My breast are all real and I no longer have to worry about leakage or future eruptions when I hit the slopes again! Dr Polavarapu is a very talented and trustworthy Doctor. Her work is excellent. She is honest, kind, warm and looks after her patients and their best interest. She is highly responsive to emails and phone calls. She spends lots of time discussing procedures and answers all questions, in additions to those you haven't even thought of asking! If there was 6 stars I would give them to her without hesitation. Thank you Doc, you made me feel so safe. You gave me the best advice and I consider myself fortunate to have found you.

Where do I begin. I'll start by saying that two minutes into my consultation I absolutely knew Dr.P was the doctor I wanted. I had been doing my research for a little over a year on the pros and cons of Breast surgery. And doctor after doctor, consultation after consultation, no doctor made me feel as comfortable as she did. She answered every question IN DETAIL, and gave me her undivided attention. To the point where I literlly felt like I was having a regular conversation with one of my gilrfriends. The day of my surgery,she was amazing. She was super attentive. Notified my mom when the surgery was over, and made sure she was the first person I saw when I woke up From the Anesthesia like she promised. As far as my results are concerned, wow.... is all I can say. Satisfied wouldn't be enough to explain how I feel. My breast look and feel super natural. My self esteem is literally through the roof. It's been two months since my surgery and you can barely see my scars. Overall, I recommend Dr.P a hundred percent. Thanks Dr.P

I had consultations with many plastic surgeons, both male and female and until I met with Dr. Kiran Polavarapu, I had yet to be convinced. Schedule one with her to understand what I mean. She took the time to explain, in great detail I might add, every step of the way and is reachable whenever I have a question (which is usually never during my actual appointments with her). As I look thru my Before and After's, I find new ways with which to be impressed. Dr. Polavarapu has not only restored my feminine figure post-babies, but given me more so than I even had before. I am a mom about to enter her forties and I love my figure more now than I ever did in my twenties. She spent a great deal of time on me and my results show it. Friends of mine have had the same procedures done and were left feeling as if something was lacking or were not completely thrilled and even may have to go back for revisions. Yet here I am, a mere 3 weeks post-op receiving so many compliments. I am also impressed with my new belly button and only now really understand how critical something as small as getting the perfect belly button is to the final results of your tummy tuck. I love what she has done with my figure and I'm not even done healing. I would not have had my amazing results with any other surgeon.
