Great neurologist

Physician is fabulous. The receptionists are usually rude and condescending. But it is worth suffering through the desk because Dr. Levy is very caring and the best neurologist I have seen (and there are quite a few).

Horrible Office

This doctor and office... run horribly. It is such a factory with poor management, oversight, care, and treatment of the patients. Never answer the phone, double book, make lots of errors, and simply don’t care. Never return calls that you leave with either answering service or on their answering machine. The doc clearly knows there is an issue and they keep trying to solve it with superficial Band-Aids or using more technology. They need to have a clean slate, fire the incompetent and rude workers and start from scratch. They only care about making the job easier for the overwhelmed and angry workers. They should care about creating an environment that is helpful to patients. Patients don’t need coddling, they just need efficiency and care. Other offices do it. This one simply cannot. It is a travesty

I had been using another neurologist for several years but was quite dissatisfied. My internist recommended Dr. Levy, and I am completely satisfied with Dr. Levy and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for am neurologist.

NOT GOOD

His front desk staff appears not to understand English. They cannot communicate with the patient and do not understand what the patient is asking. For the most part, they do not pick up the phone. We had to leave messages. The medical staff DID NOT get in touch with us about serious test results until we harrassed them.
