"Dr." K was extremely rude and refused to help me even after I explained how difficult it has been for me to find a therapist during the pandemic. Her practice lists DBT as one of the services that they offer on their website, and I made an appointment SPECIFICALLY for DBT - but Kristine informed me that NO ONE in this practice is licensed for DBT. I was left sobbing without a single sentence of empathy or kindness. Beyond that, I was refused a refund for my copay. Please NEVER go to this practice or trust anything that this provider tells you. I'm confident that a random, UNLICENSED person off the street has a greater capacity for empathy than this "therapist."
