have been going to her for 20+ years, now taking my youngest siblings (18 year age difference). Always an excellent doctor and there to help. Definitely recommend

I had my children's files sent here when we moved to the area on the recommendation of a friend. They have terrible hours, and no one EVER answers the phones. When ever they've called me back, it's been at 7pm. Attempting to get an appointment in the first place was awful. Then the office is dingy, dirty and outdated. There isn't even a sign for pediatrics on the door - just the laser hair removal she does on the side. They needed to use 3 cuffs to take my daughters blood pressure - the first two didn't work. The third the girl 'wasn't sure' if it worked or not. When she asked my 4 year old to read from the eye chart, she covered half of the letter she pointed to and then claimed my daughter had poor vision. Today, I was supposed to come pick up my children's files so I can take them to a different pediatrician. They told me 'Come after 3 Monday' it's now 3:42 and there is still no one here. The answering service said they 'called in at 2:46 to tell us that no one would be in… the office til 4' Great. I've been here since 3. I'll just sit in the parking lot with my two children until someone decides to show. **just left the office - an hour and fourty minutes after I was told to get there. I enjoy the sign that notes how very valuable the doctors time is, when they make a patient wait over 1.5 hours to pick up a file**

Worst place to go,Staff is not polite ,pleasant and not in sync with their after hours information.They were closed for day and their response center said they are open....made trip to doctor for no reason...if you are late 15 min your appointment is cancelled !!!! never seen these type of service to their patients...trying to move from this place../ clinic

Agree to few reviews she is really rude...never friendly with kids...i am looking out to change dr. for my kids..

She forces her opinion on others and deals rudely if you have questions.

The doctor is not friendly and she has certain kind of cynical and sarcastic attitude while answering questions raised by us pertaining to our kid. we will not go there again.

Earlier dr kapoor was very nice to me and giving us time becoz i was pregnant as she will get another patient. She will scare you by telling may be you kid will get this disese or the other. Her language so bad and she is too rude. She treats parents as we are not taking care of our kids nicely.SHE is very bad and very bad doctor.My advise is plz avoid this doctor, don;t go to her.

Yes i will recommend this doctor. She is nice,intelligent and experienced.
