Dr. Kyung Hi Han, MD

One of the worst providers I've ever seen. Had an endoscopy. The actual procedure was a fine experience. The follow-up was atrocious. She gave me ambiguous results with no suggestions for next steps besides returning to standard management tools I'd already tried and that hadn't worked. She literally said she was diagnosing me with IBS because that's what she does when she doesn't know what the problem is. She was barely responsive to my questions/requests for further care and prescribed me something that not only didn't help my symptoms but also gave me new ones I'm still trying to resolve years later. She refused to test me for SIBO saying their (gastroenterology???) clinic didn't do that--and when I was able to get a test somewhere else, it was positive. Overall, "Dr." Han is not only useless, but also harmful. I hope she's developed basic empathy, listening, and deduction in the time since I've seen her.

I've had several procedures with Dr Han and have no reason to mistrust her, but do feel the experience would be better if she put a bit more into her bedside manner.

She Always listens and unlike many docs acts like she has as much time as you need to explain things. I have gone under for three procedures. She hs the best.
