Dr. Lara Masulle Ellison, DO

If I could leave zero stars I would. This Dr. Ellison should not be a dr. She is driven by the system rather than by a will to try to help a patient in pain and infection. If you are a patient of hers switch or if you are thinking of becoming her pt don’t. She will not help you in an emergency if it’s after hours. She was covering emergencies for my dr and left me in pain with an infection and told me to call the offfice in the morning. Didn’t she swear an oath to help people and do no harm????

Dr. Ellison is an extremely knowledgeable doctor with a great/caring personality. She is open to traditional western medicine and non-traditional treatments. Dr. Ellison is very patient, empathetic and takes the time to answer all of your questions or concerns.

Took the time to listen to all the little details of what was going on with me. Very personable, great sense of humor, obviously very intelligent! Speaks volumes when nurses and their families chose her as their primary care physician.

I have been patient with Dr. Ellison for a couple of years. It is very hard to get a appointment with her as she is always busy or booked and the office can be rude at times too, but I am not there to see them. I like Dr. Ellison, but I wish she was more available to see me when I need her.

My regular Dr. was unavailable so I saw Dr. Ellison for a SEVERE soar throat. It was the best "fluke" I ever had. Dr. Ellison not only ended up being my physician, but also the physician of my husband, mother and brother. She is smart and I tend to not want to always follow medical advice. She is sweet but can be firm when she needs to be. She is the only one who could convince me to have certain tests. Good thing. I have a congenital heart issue and severe sleep apnea. Thanks Dr. Ellison!!

Dr. Ellison is the best doctor I've seen. She is thorough and honest about conditions (for me, losing weight) but caring and understanding as well. I always have a pleasant experience at the office.

I switched my provider to Dr. Ellison her phone staff was rude and unprofessional I spoke to her at 7:30 am because my blood presure was high she told me what to do and told me to call back in a hour if things didnt change I called back my low number was dangerously high but I did not want to drive and I though since she told me to call back she would be fast to return my call. I called back 3 times and within that time I was getting more and more stressed the last call I made the staff got short with me and I lost my cool I wonder why !!! I have switched my entire family out of that network !!!

The last time I saw Dr. Lara Ellison, I'd been dreading an invasive procedure I needed done. But she was very caring and professional, which helped put me at ease. She has genuine interest in her patients and nothing is rushed. She's also knowledgeable and will answer all your questions. You're in really good hands with Dr. Ellison.

Great experience overall with Dr Ellison. The only trouble I have is when I have to phone the staff to get a follow-up question answered, it seems to be a minimum of 10-15 hold time to talk to someone. Dr Ellison is very personable, clearly cares about her patients, and always spends the time needed with a patient to ask the right questions. Happy to have her as my doc.

If you want to wait 4 days for lab results and be treated very rudely when you call and inquire about anything this is the practice for you.AVOID
