Felt like talking to an old friend. He was knowledgeable and communicated very well

worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. Had emergency surgery done on fathers day. Came and talked for me for about a minute. I told them I had some concerns about stent they were placing in during my kidney stone surgery because I had a bad experience with one before. I was ignored. Sent me home with a with Dr orders for care. One being was to take the pain medication they gave me regerly...they never gave me any, call in if you have any one of these symptoms. I had 3 out of the 4 symptoms so yea I tried to call them. First day talk to a nurse saying someone would call back, no one did. Second day called to talk to nurse she assured me someone would be calling back, no one did. Third day called in I was once again assured someone was going to call me back, guess what no one did. Forth day they call me back finally and ask, hey can you come in today to remove stent, so I tell them I have some concerns about that, so they'll give me a call back. Well this time they finally did… call me back, and it was Dr munch himself. He ask what my concerns were and I told him that I was having symptoms of which it said to call your Dr if you have any of these symptoms, the Dr then starts to berate me saying that he said he told me these things might happen. Its very strange he said this since my wife was with me the whole time mind you. She never remembered him saying any of this the 2 minutes I talked to him before the surgery and he never came in to talk to me after the surgery so all I had to go off was the dr orders he sent me home with. After that he yelled at me some more over the stent I had concerns over and then he hung up on me.

His ability to put me at ease when I thought I was terminally ill. He explained everything I needed to know. I trust him to do only what is necessary and at the right time. I'm glad I was referred to him.

Dr Munch is great-figured out a health problem & thoroughly explained it & treatment. After several years of many Drs, no solution, Dr Munch is a Godsend!

Saw Dr. Munch for a vasectomy. It was very low budget / low quality of service. Doctor and staff seemed focused on moving people through rather then providing good care. I was essentially ushered out of the procedure immediately after it completed. I was told I could get a drink of water from the fountain in the hallway. I had basically no recovery time and started to pass out on my way out of the building. The time from finishing procedure to me walking out the building was under 10 minutes and I was not offered a seat to even sit down. I ended up in urgent care in the building with an IV in my arm for an hour thanks to some nurses that helped me. Dr. Munch sent his nurse down for a brief visit. Not even a courtesy visit from him (his office was in same building) or a call later on even though I nearly collapsed after leaving a procedure he performed.

He made it possible for me to have my surgery on time by rearranging his schedule to meet my need for surgery. He is very personable and friendly.

IF I HAD TO DO IT AGAIN FOR MY KIDNEY STONES DR. MUNCH WOULD BE THE ONE TO DO IT HE'S A VERY NICE DOCTOR
