Dr. Lata Shridharan, MD

Refrain yourself from visiting this clinic. Your kids deserve a better place and a better doctor than Lata Shridharan. You will always end up in the hands of less experienced nurses like it happened for us in the past 3 visits. However, you will be charged the same cost that you will pay for a MD visit. The doctor will not see you but only the nurses will. They don't care for patients but want to grab money at every given opportunity. I took my kid for continuous coughing and vomiting. The nurse practitioner concluded as allergies and not to worry. Her diagnosis was completely wrong. None of the prescribed meds worked. We then took our daughter to CVS MinuteClinic who did the right analysis to cure my baby. The entire visit was a waste of money and time. Disgusting to see such people treat your innocent kids like this. We were billed incorrectly three times. Upon asking, we were threatened. I will be seeking law-abiding authorities to bring Lata's unprofessional and unethical actions… to light.

I would try and avoid this place. They are highly inefficient in managing their records, will miss recording payments made, and then keep calling you that you owe them money. It happened 3 times to me already. Every time i would insist that i have paid, they will deny, i will send proof and then they will just keep quiet. No apologies too. Very bad customer service and highly insensitive

This is not a holistic pediatric office. Too will be scheduled a new patient appointment with the doctor and then be seen by a condescending nurse practitioner who has no knowledge of holistic medicine.

I take my two kids to Dr. S. I noticed that the previous staff were bit rude. But visiting recently I noticed that all their front staff and office managers have been replaced. The new office staff (especially the lady in Plano) is super-nice.

Based on online review and other comments, Lata Shridharan is my little doctor. But, front office staff are rude and when I try to talk Nurse they are not allowing and not transferring the call. They always asking schedule appointment and not listening patient concerns. So, I'm moving to new pediatrician.

Doctors always were great! It seems There is a big miss management! All great doctors left there quickly and there is just A BIG RUDE SECRETARY always available. It seems she kick out every good and lovely doctors and staffs!

Dr. Shridharan does not do a good job in locating professional office staff. Our son’s insurer reimbursed Dr. Shridharan’s office within 12 days of his visit but 2 months later the office still has not reimbursed us. Dr. Shridharan has been paid twice but her office does not seem to think there is any pressing need to refund us the cost of medical treatment. Very unscrupulous business practice.

The staff has been always rude and dare i say stupid. Final straw is when they told me they don't accept COBRA insurance as if it is a separate insurance. I tried to explain COBRA means same insurance as before which they were accepting but who can argue stupidity.

Loved the doc and the staff. Crystal was very friendly and Matt is great with kids. The doctor was very pleasant and friendly, she's super sweet, we loved her.

We've been going to Natural Pediatrics in Plano for about four months now, but with three boys, they know us well! I can almost always get in on the same day and are seen quickly. We absolutely love Nurse Practitioner Mathews and the office staff. They are so sweet to my crazy boys and really seem to care about us. I highly recommend this practice!
