Dr. Laura Marie Roe, MD

Dr. Roe is outstanding in her care and concern for her patients. She listens which is extremely important to me!! I've recommended her to many family members and friends - they've all been very happy to have her as their doctor!

Am extremely happy Dr. Roe!! She listens, answers questions and really seems to care about my medical condition. I would highly recommend her. The only problem is the call center which is in Peoria. When you call her phone number it takes you to a Peoria call center where you leave your reason for calling. Sometimes I've had to call 2 and 3 times to get what I need and several times it's taken over 24 hours. OSF needs to redo this system because it makes their Dr's office look bad!!

I'm very finicky with most things in life, but especially doctors. When my old PCP moved into a new field, I panicked. I was referred to Dr Roe from my sister, and glad I went. I only go when I have a problem and probably not nearly as often as I should... but she's extremely helpful. She is young but still gives that grandmotherly love from my previous doc. I especially like how that with both my wife and I, she does NOT give up. She gets you taken care of ASAP, but then will also help find the root of the solution, even if it takes a dozen phone calls, referrals, etc. <3

She talks a lot but I don't think she is listening. Very dissatisfied since Dr. O'Brien left. I felt confident in what he was telling me.
