Dr. Pence spends time with you concerning your previous visit, results of your tests, and discussed what you can do to improve your health. Glad she is my primary doctor.

Dr. Pence is thorough and thoughtful. She takes an interest in what I had to say and provided methods and techniques to deal with issues that wasn’t just prescribing medication. I would (and did) recommend Dr. Pence. In addition, the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Dr. Pence is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She takes the time to know your medical history as well as you as a person.

Poor service from the whole practice. I've had to find doctor's to do severices because of staff laziness. I have been told my insurance doesn't cover services when they simply because the staff nurse doesn't want to do her job.

I went in for a follow up after getting out of the hospital. She listens to what you have to say and gives her opinion, which I listen to most of the time. She's very supportive. #1 doctor.
