Dr. Lauren Suzanne Campbell, MD

I have never met or spoken to Dr Campbell. I went to an Open House at her office and pre-paid for a procedure that I really wanted to have done. When I went for my appointment, I found out it was contraindicated for my chronic autoimmune condition. Since I was unable to have the procedure done due to medical contraindications, I requested a refund of the money I had paid her. Dr. Campbell has refused to return this considerable amount of money stating it is her office policy that she does not make refunds. My neurologist has written to her advising that I not have the procedure done and still she refuses to return my money. This may be legal but in my opinion it is highly unethical, especially for a physician. DO NOT PAY HER ANY MONEY UNTIL SERVICES ARE RENDERED!

I have lived in the tropics for several years, where skin cancer is prevalent. I returned to the US and found that Dr. Campbell was near my new home. During my initial appointment, I did not like her bedside manner, and especially did not like the lack of dignity when her assistant told me to strip down, and she then focused primarily on examining the genital areas. I had specific areas on my legs and arms that were of concern to previous doctors, which were noted on my chart. They were not targeted by her, nor examined, or even noted as areas of concern. At that point, I did not have any confidence in her ability to address or accurately diagnose my skin review for any skin cancer concerns. I will definitely use an MD in the Texas medical center next time. I left with the distinct impression that she focuses primarily on dermatological business that provides substantial income (cool sculpting, etc) and she does not want to encourage generic skin check appointments.

Plan months out for an appointment. (At least 3). Office staff not accommodating.

Dr. Campbell lied to me about my coverage. Went to see Dr. Campbell for a growth on my hand. I was told it was a wart. Dr. Campbell told me that the removal would be covered by my Specialist Co-Pay and I would not owe anything else so I had her remove it. 30 days later I received a bill for over $100 and the wart is coming back. I called to try and resolve the issue and was told the office manager would call me back. He never did. Had I known that the removal was not covered, I'd have bought a $10 treatment from a grocery store. I am going to pay the bill, but I will not use Dr Campbell's practice again.

Dr.Campbell is the 4th doctor I have been to to figure out how to help me with my moles and facial issues with out having plastic surgery and she did it ! She is wonderful and so knowledgeable about my condition . I would recommend her to anyone and have done so already . Thank you for being my doctor!!

Prescribed me a "new med" she thinks will work. Turns out to be an old med she'd prescribes before--which I'm allergic too. That is noted in my chart as well.. . I tell her it sounds familiar and she says we've not tried it. A week later I'm covered in hives
