1.Me querian cobrar el chequeo anual que es gratis.2. Larga espera.3.El doctor estaba apurado. 4.Las referencias tardaron mas un mes.5. Cuando leyeron los resultados(obvio cobraron co-pay) tomo menos de 10 minutos y poca information.(tuve que informarme en google). 6.Fui ultimo paciente y me sacaron por la puerta de empleados.

If you are a fist timer you will get an appointment within a few days. after that you might as well go stand at the DMV. you can never get an appointment with in two weeks.

I agree that Dr Fernando is the best one there and he is only a PA. I choose only to see him now until I make the office switch. I have seen 5 different Doctors there over the years, never liked any of them much except for Fernando. Appts run 1.5-2hrs late every time, Front office staff is obnoxious and rude! They try to charge co-pays for Physicals unless you argue with them and ask for your Mammogram referral during your Physical Appt or they will try to charge you co-pay for a paper referral that took them 5mins to write up. Why do I continue to go here, its close to home and its a pain to switch Doctors, thats the only reason I am still going here.

My husband used to go to this doctor. You can tell how the doctor is and how passionate he/she is about their profession by the way the office is ran. The staff at this office is rude and they totally lack bedside manner. I personally talked to the doctor after seeing my husband totally humiliated by the staff and then I knew why. He seemed annoyed and showed no compassion or concern about my husband s health situation. He should retire, or switch professions, that s all I got to say.

A request for a prescription has been submitted since a week and half ago. The staff has lied to us almost on a daily basis about aproving and sending the RX, and their rudeness is beyond comprehension...If the staff does not like to work with people they shouldn't work there. They have no compation for their patients and could care less. I am so looking forward to dropping this doctor and moving to a place where a human being can be respected and treated as such. To the rude ladies in this office...what goes around, comes around!!! AKA, Karma. NO VISITEN ESTE DOCTOR. LAS TRABAJADORAS SON PESADAS, GROSERAS Y IRRESPETUOSAS! Y por lo que veo tambien el doctor. Inconpetentes desde arriba hasta abajo!!

My mother went in to see him b/c she was complaining about heartburn and it turn out to be she had gallstones and her gallbladder had to be removed BUT besides that there is a problem with her liver which he did not emphasized that it could get complicated. After all the blood test he had done on her so she end up at Olive View Medcal Center which it is known for the long waiting periods. It got really complicated and was hospitalized for 5 days. My mother went back to see the doctor for a follow up after been released from the hospital. My mother explained to him what had happened to her and suggested more blood test and on top of that with an attitude and telling her and my dad that he is doing her a favor to see you right away but he is still charging her for the visit and tests which she end up paying $160. After a few days my mother was called with her tests result and who end up calling was the RECEPTIONIST!!! Where is the DOCTOR TO LET ME KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH HER!!!… RIDICUOSLY!!! SHAME ON HIM FOR CALLING HIMSELF A DOCTOR!!!

I'm glad that I switch to Kaiser. My family and I disliked coming to Dr. Alonso's office. The only admirable, caring and likeable doctor in that office is Dr. Fernando. He is a very nice doctor and he cares about his patients. Unlike Dr. Alonso. He is RUDE and doesn't care. It's no wonder his staff is the same way. That's what makes your doctor visits to this place so unpleasant - the staff! they couldn't be anymore RUDE! Don't come here!

The receptionist staff is rude. They acted like they were bothered that I was making an appointment. They made it hard for me to get information about a follow up visit to a doctor.
