Dr. Lee Brian Padove, MD

Extremely well respected in the medical community due to his wealth of knowledge and professionalism. Provided answers where other MDs simply failed to do so. When I say "my diagnosis is XYZ" other MDs often scoff/snicker/question the dx, when I explain, "as diagnosed by Dr. Padove"... then they immediately respect the diagnosis and proceed with acknowledging the rare diagnosis... Finally answers and respect.

Dr Padove is a very thorough Dr. While completing paper work the front office constantly searched for flights online to different cities and discussed their prices... the entire time.

This office is a joke. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled, to which I showed up 15 minutes early, only to find that these people have no concern for your time; I also happened to be the only person in the waiting room.. This is the second time I have come to this office, the first was a 4 hour wait just to be rescheduled! While Dr. Padove is kind, and apologetic to his lowsy staff, the wait and rudeness that any patient will endure for his expertise is not acceptable.

After waiting 55 minutes and told we STILL had 2 patients ahead of us, my mother (the prospective patient) and I left. We had another appt. that I had allowed 2 hours and 45 mins to make that I felt we wouldn't make if we continued to wait. We were told (by the seemingly confused front desk staff) that Dr. Padove has an "intensive" schedule and it isn't unusual that a patient wait an hour! What a waste of a patient's time. Needless to say, we didn't see Dr. Padove so I can't rate him except to say that he obviously over schedules himself if patients have to wait an hour after the time they were told to come in. Unless you don't value your own time.....STAY AWAY.

Dr Padove is a gentle and kind man. Most importantly he LISTENS and if you observe, you can actually see his mind working as if he's trying to piece together all the info you are giving him. His nurse is also wonderful as well. I like Dr Padove very much because I feel like he's a rarity in today's world - he's busy but he doesn't rush you. If you want a partner in your care, Dr Padove the one!

He treated my mother in 2006 for heart failure and now for a heart replacement valve. He is very good with older people, very caring and takes his time with them. He makes each one feel special
