I had cataract surgery on one eye. Outpatient surgical facility was next door.
PCO fix was done quickly in office at follow-up appt. (no separate appt required)
I do have slight ND (negative disphotopsia) following surgery. I just read that it only happens with "a perfect surgery," which sounds rather oxymoronic. I'm pretty sure I have the IOL that is supposed to prevent/minimize it, but I have ND anyway. It's not very noticeable, so I don't think it is worth having a repeat surgery, which might not help anyway.
