Dr. Leonard Martin Finn, MD

I guess a good physician is hard to find these days, but Dr. Finn is excellent. He is thorough, conscientious, and he truly cares about his patients. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found him. My previous physician was horrible and the stress this causes is not helpful or healthy. Dr. Finn acts like a human being, is not arrogant or insensitive. He is also extremely knowledgeable and he'll share that knowledge with you. A very talented physician!

Dr. Finn is a great doctor! ...I followed through on these ratings because I noticed a "2.7" or otherwise mediocre ratings for him and I was just curious what others might have said, because I think he's excellent. For a basic physical, his level of inquiry into all issues of health (physical, risk factors, nutrition, exercise, stress - and other psychosocial variables) tells you that he recognizes that the overall all health of an individual is impacted by stress, and lifestyle - and he makes comments & recommendations to bolster these areas of our lives. Great Dr.

I have been going to Dr. Finn for several years, including when he was at his former practice.Dr. Finn is *always* interested in my total well-being, since general stress can affect health. He takes plenty of time to discuss personal issues with me and has even given good marriage advice. He always asks if I have any questions beyond the specific reason for my appointment, and I *never* get the sense that he is rushing me out so he can get on to the next patient.When you meet Dr. Finn, he will not come across as an effusive, back-slapper type but believe me, he cares deeply.Another thing I like about Dr. Finn is that he practices what he preaches. When he suggests that I shed 5 or 10 pounds, he has credibility because he himself is very fit.Finally, Dr. Finn is always on time. I travel half an hour to reach his office, so this matters to me.
