Dr. Leonard Tachmes, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Tachmes for 18 years. He corrected a horrible breast augmentation procedure that another Dr. performed and 10 years later I had him replace my saline implants with silicone. He is an extremely knowledgeable physician with years of experience and a good bed side manner. I highly recommend Dr. Tachmes!

He is rude and overcharged for really bad jobs. Don’t advise about quote and if you ask for help to solve his bad jobs he ignores you.

Treated unfair and the work was poor

Very knowledgeable, experienced surgeon with great hands. So glad I’ve put my trust in him, I wouldn’t see anybody else. He doesn’t try to overinflate you or create some crazy aesthetic, very natural results that make you think “daNg she looks good!” not “what has she done?!”

I met with Dr. Tachmes for a mommy makeover, which includes breast implants and horizontal tummy tuck. After 4 consults to make sure he was going to be the right doctor for me and him complaining a bit, I finally decided to go ahead with the surgery. Also I met a lot of his patients and they all looked fantastic. After 2 days of my surgery I was out and about with no pain, the incisions were looking beautiful. Dr. Tachmes has very fine and clean incisions, only very experienced doctors can provide those techniques. Now 2 years have gone by and you cant even see the incisions. He stopped practicing a little while after. I decided to have a vertical tummy tuck with a DIFFERENT doctor Spera, which after 10 days I was still not feeling well. Belly button red and oozing I called the nurse which had me come in the next day. I thought I was going to be seen by Spera but no the nurse said your fine, you just have to clean it and gave me a script for antibiotics. The very next day my belly… button looked worse, it was turning black. I ended up in the hospital with IV antibiotics every 12 hours. The worse part about it is I had to go back into the OR to have the incisions open to clean out of the infection. The infection was so bad my insides were starting to get gangrene. Dr. Tachmes and staff were very tentative to my needs always calling to check up on me. I wish he would have still been practicing for my other procedure.

Dr Tachmes is as close to a miracle worker, as a doctor can be. I met with him before my breast augmentation surgery and decided to go with another surgeon. I did not achieve my desired results, and had lost confidence in the doctor that did the surgery. I went back to see Dr Tachmes a year later, he remembered me, and was willing to take on the difficult challenge. The results are fantastic and I could not be happier. He has a great personality and makes you feel like “family”...

Dr. Tachmes is an excellent cosmetic surgeon. I don't have enough words to express my gratitude for the excellent care he has given me. The transformation my sagging huge breasts went through is amazing. I feel so much more confident, and I can wear anything now. The transformation my body went through is amazing. I will always be grateful to Dr. Tachmes for his impressive abilities as a reconstructive/plastic surgeon. I also had some fillers done by Dr. Tachmes and was extremely pleased with the results.

Dr Tachmes is an outstanding board certified plastic surgeon who does great work, gives great results and has a wonderful personality.

I have been doing botox (between eyes) and juvederm (lips) with Dr. Tachmes at his Miami Beach office for more than 4 years now! I love the job he does on my face and the prices are super affordable, specially for South Beach! Brandon (the booking guy) is super sweet!
