Dr. Les Burns and his staff are friendly and make sure to put you at ease. They are compassionate and spend the time to answer your questions and concerns.

This practice of Dr. Burns and his wife are driven solely on money. They rack up fees $$ - try pushing many vaccines on you, unnecessary or unwanted procedures like IUD, endometrial ablation or tubal (how about as a gyn you preserve my uterus for future children) and push you to join birth control studies. Their front desk is rude and when you ask questions they push for the nurse practitioner to get on the phone with you. They aren't accommodating when you have an emergency and never remember or note pertinent information. You can't get a mammogram prescription when due for one if your yearly visit isn't due at the same time. Big problem when you have abnormal breast issues. Makes zero sense. They code their tests with false diagnosis. Zero empathy when going through a pregnancy loss. Never even called to check in on me. Never returning, I tolerated them for too long.

I have to say that I truly do not like them at all. Am current looking for a new ob/gyn. Dr Burns delivered my baby...i was told to hold my baby in bc he was still in his office which is 10 minutes away....things didn't happen that quick! As for Cindy...she's mean and judgmental. All the want is money out of you!

Horrible medical practice in every way!

I saw Dr. Goldman at the office for my pregnancy. She was competent. However, the billing practices are ridiculous. They charge $50 per ultra sound visit plus a $15 copay, plus $150 rhogam shot, plus extra convenince fees despite being in-network. Most of my coworkers paid a $15 copay for their entire bill including delivery, with same insurance. I'm an RN and this place is unreasonalbe with their billing practices. I've never seen such terrible billing. They are no better than other competent doctors in the area and do not justify the extra charges for average care.

Les Burns should not be practicing medicine. I would have gotten better care going to a third world country.

I don't know who is worse Burns or his office staff. I refuse to use the title "Doctor" when it comes to Burns because he doesn't deserve it. Does Burns remember the Hippocratic Oath he took, I think he needs to reread it again & honor it. I have seen Burns twice in the last month & he could have done a biopsy on me to see if I have CANCER & he chose not to. Instead he wants me to wait another 3 weeks & do an invasive test to find out. Why put me thru the invasive testing if I dont have cancer. I guess I have a great insurance plan. Does this man realize the anguish someone goes thru not knowing if they have cancer or not & to have the patient keep waiting for the results, not sure if he realizes but the sooner you catch cancer the better the outcome. Then I tryed to obtain my file to go to a Doctor & OMG between Burns & Billy Joe I can't believe what they put me thru. Also don't ask Burns any questions he is sarcastic & condescending. This man has NO bedside manners.

Dr Burns is wonderful. I would highly recommend him to anyone lookin for a new doctor. His calm demeanor and knowledgeable answers always reassure me that I'm in good hands. He has helped deliver my 2 sons and he has been an absolute pleasure to have as a doctor.

I have been with Dr.Burns for 5 years and have never had a doctor care as much as he does about any problems you are having. I have gone through a couple of procedures with him and his genuine concern for my well being was not only obvious to me but my family as well. The office staff are just as caring. You can be assured that when the phone is answered there will be someone at the other end who will help you. Always a pleasant experience!

I have been a patient of dr. Burns for 25 years. I find him extremly knowledgeable and honest about all areas of my health care. He may be an OB/GYN but he truly cares about my total health. Hhe never looks at a clock or rushes me through an appointment, he spends as much time as needed with me at every appointment. I have had difficult pregnancies and he has cared for and guided me through these tough situations with his knowledge and genuine concern for me and my babies. Which resulted in two wonderful delivery experinces. I have only the highest regard for dr. Burns as well as his entire staff. I have never been to another office that has the staff call and check on patients. The appointments run smoothly and if I need a referral to a specialist he always recommends the perfect doctor for that specific need. They even draw blood in the office, which has saved me numerous hours not having to wait in a lab with sick people. Amazing is how I would describe my care with Dr.… Burns for the last 25 years.
