Procedural services were as expected, billing needs improvement. I came here as a cash patient, agreed to all the disclosed fees, which did not indicate there being extra unknown charges for pathology services. I was initially given a range of cost at first examination, we discussed if I had any awareness if the sites could be malignant, I stated "no". A team came back later with an amount per site, which came in at the upper middle range of their estimation. Shocked to get a third party bill for the pathology work. They state their notes confirm I was advised of a separate bill for pathology, but I was not advised of a charge, only that they would send the removed moles for evaluation. It was impressed upon me the total cost was the total cost. Buyer beware here. They also do not validate parking.

Horrible doctor

I go to Beverly Hills Dermatology Consultants for peels, acne treatments and Botox. I am thrilled with the results. My skin is smoother and more even-toned than it has looked in years. I also use their antibacterial face wash and moisturizer at home, which work great and keep my acne in check. Dr. Bussell and her staff are amazing! They always remember me and make me feel like a VIP. A good dermatologist is hard to find and I am so glad I did.

Dr. Bussell is a very skilled and knowledgeable dermatologist. Her office is welcoming and immaculate and her PAs are well-trained and very professional. I trust her completely for all my skin care needs.

Had the worst experience ever with Candice. She makes you feel like your asking dumb questions and looks at you like your an idiot. Makes you feel completely uncomfortable. Most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. When talking about something that's wrong she keeps changing what she thinks. Never experienced anything like this. The experience was horrible!

I trust Dr. Bussell entirely with my skin. She was able to remove a stubborn cyst on my face that a plastic surgeon I had seen previously could not. I come in regularly. She is thorough and highly competent dermatologist. She keeps track of where my dark moles are on my body with a "mole map" so that when I go for a checkup, I am confident that anything potentially harmful will be removed. The staff is cheerful and eager to help.When I come here, I feel good knowing that I am in the hands of a skilled professional. I appreciate an experienced physician who can make a correct diagnosis the first visit.
