Dr. Lilia Mailian-Oganova, MD

I visited Dr. Oganova's office for the first time today. From the moment I walked in, I immediately felt comfortable. The front desk staff was cordial, informative and welcoming. After filling out forms, my wait time was approximately 15 minutes. I was called into exam room by Victoria, and she, too, was warm and friendly. Dr. Oganova came in and I can't begin to tell you how inviting, knowledgeable and thorough Dr. O (as they refer to her) was. I don't remember getting such a thorough exam in all my years of seeing doctors. I'm a senior and having a doctor who seems to truly care is a blessing. I requested various referrals for yearly preventive care and they were given to me immediately. Leaving the office, I made it my business to let the front desk know how much I enjoyed my experience at the doctor's office. The young lady was happy to hear my comments. I highly recommend Dr. O, her staff and the feeling of comfort offered from the moment you walk in until the moment… you leave. I'm so glad that I found this practice.

She takes the time and listens to you, she asks questions and does not rush you out the door. My husband and I have been patience of hers for years, and we feel very confident with her health care.

Worth the wait! Great doctor!

VERY thorough doctor. I am so glad i found her. I saw her in the Staten Island office. She spent over an hour with me and answered all my questions. I left with a clear head knowing I am in good hands. She is very pleasant and knows how to make you feel at ease. She even took my blood which usually the assistants do. So down to earth and really cares about her patients.

Dr.O, as i refer to her is a very caring doctor on Staten Island, she actually listens to you and that in itself is very rare these days. She spends as much time with you as is needed and always takes into account what you are saying, this means you have some say in your treatment where "other doctors" do not offer that option. I feel very at ease with her and her approach to medicine.She has helped me with my blood sugar issues and not rushed me on any meds at this point. I have seen a marked improvement in my health as a result. I hold her in high regard for the job she does.

She is honest, direct and attentive. Other than the wait (which I sorta understand, because she takes her time with me too) it is a pleasure to be cared for by her.
