Dr. Liliana Woo, MD

Dr Woo is great. Her staff is terrible. They never answer phone calls or return calls. They openly admit that they never check the voicemail. Unfortunately, since covid, this office has gone down hill. You are only as good as the people who support you.

She is AWESOME! Her staff are equally awesome!

Tried for a month to get the patient portal because when I call the office each time they say they can’t hear me and the meds has my mouth so dry at night and bathroom trips at night don’t let much out and now am raw

Dr Woo was great but cannot get a return call about changing to a medicine that works. Have left message after message and still no answer

She told us one thing and did another. She left a stent in longer than what is was suppose to be in. She did not get all of the stones out like she said she would do. She was one of the worst doctors I have been to.

She is horrible dr. She didn't even examine my condition, all she did was handed me some pills to fix my problem!! Waste of my time and money
