Dr. Linda Le Luong, MD

I have severe anxiety when it comes to doctors and it's very difficult for me to find a doctor I trust. I had one visit with Dr. Luong and she suggested multiple medical tests I felt unnecessary and drugs I took for approximately a week, but hated the way they made me feel. I must trust a doctor before I am wiling to return to them. I did not trust her enough to return. I did not feel that my medical anxieties were addressed. I felt embarrassed in the waiting room because of my anxieties (which I informed the person who did my intake via phone of). I will not be returning.

I have been seeing Dr. Luong for close to 7 years and she has addressed my health issues very well. She has always listened to what I had to say and has answered my questions throughly. I find great comfort in her ability to help me in a professional and caring manner.

I started seeing Dr. Luong because of the care that she provided for my Mother. She basically saved my life. During a routine physical she caught a problem with my heart which lead to open heart surgery. Dr. Luong leaves no stone unnturned when it comes to patient care, she follows up with her patients and her diagnosis have been accurate. Her staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The turnover in the medical field in this area is high, the fact that her staff has remained the same speaks highly of Dr. Luong and her associates. I will not go anywhere else, even paid out of pocket to see her when my previous insurance was not accepted by Dr. Loung's practice.

I called as a new patient and after being cut off by the receptionist, I called back and was passed to 'Shannon" office Manager who very briefly explained that the office policy was to only take customers with insurance...Really? Apparently my money is not acceptable to them, or is it that they can claim more from an insurance company? How ridiculous and how discriminatory. Although I am about to get covered by insurance, It should be my choice as to how I pay for their services. Apart from this, their staff appear to be very unhelpful to the point of rudeness - good luck keeping your existing patients...

Each time I am seen by Dr Luong, I feel as though my concerns are heard and considered. I have never waited long to be called into the exam room, nor have I felt rushed when asking questions. The care I have received from her, her physician's assistant, and her nurse is excellent. I am impressed that Dr. Luong and her staff remember my family and me from visit to visit and ask how everyone's doing.

What can I say about dear Dr. Luong? She is wonderful, caring, patient, and has a great sense of humor to go along with it once you get to know her. I travel all the way from WV to go to her. She also has a fantastic staff. I could go on and on about her. :-)

I would not go to any other doctor unless it was an absolute emergency or Dr. Luong recommends them. She is the best doctor I have ever been to hands down.
