Dr. Linda Suzanne Luther-Starbird, PhD

This is "THE most unscrupulous" so-called medical professional EVER. Whoever hires and pays her a lot of money will have her saying things she knows not to be true. She is dangerously harmful. She is what they called a hired gun or hired whore. If I did not have a good sense of self and was not so self-confident, her dealings could have messed me up. Years ago an unscrupulous attorney claimed I was incompetent so I could not make decisions in my legal case that he badly botched. Despite my having zero history of mental issues ever, despite myself taking no medications and running my own business she claimed I was incompetent. The standard of competence is a pathetically low barrier for people who can’t even tie their shoes. I might add that I have a master's degree in my profession, work on my vehicle, and built my own house. In short, nobody could be more competent. Ironically the other side's attorney said in court that I understood my property legal case better than my slimy… attorney who hired Dr. Linda Suzanne Luther-Starbird. She should not be allowed to practice (.)

Problems with Reviews: It is well known that a Forensic Psychologist doing custody battle evaluations will almost always be attacked unfairly by the losing side.... So, take such reviews w a grain or 2 of salt.

'This 'Dr' states on her intro page " I love working with adults struggling with depression" which automatically drew her to take the side of an unstable person without proper investigation. She assumed things falsely, was paid over $5,000 for this evaluation and came up with such biased, incorrect results that really have such a negative effect on our family. She has the power to mess with ones life in such a way that it is honestly sinful.

Dr. Starbird seemed confused when speaking on the phone even when information was clarified. She did not switch between her meetings with parents, but saw one parent at the beginning of the evaluation and the second at the end of the evaluation. She seemed to confuse written facts and made up her own. She was given evidence of one of the parents being dishonest and ignored it. She did not clarify which parent the children were talking about during her interviews with them or ask questions to clarify for more information to make sure her understanding was correct. It was as if she did not understand children. She did not validate important information even when evidence was provided. She also did not speak to collateral sources which others will do. One of the sources made a clear false statement which should have been easy to notice. It is shocking this woman is allowed to provide custody evaluations when she is clearly unable to do it in an ethical, responsible manner.

Biased, one sided, did not do her job, concluded her report without even speaking or collecting evidence from both parties equally!! She will rip your heart out and spit out the pieces and her totally incorrect report stands against you in a court of law!! Plus you have to pay her for this!!

Do not let this woman into your life! Linda Starbird can be bought! The first parent to pay her will have a great custody report. She has the degree to make the important rulings but is completely biased. My boys and I call her the devil lady! It is very sad that she can determine a child's future.

Beware!!! She’s a convicted felon. In 2008 she was charged with 19 counts of tax evasion and forgery in Colorado. Somehow she slipped though the cracks and got her license in Oregon in 20017. The board called for a review of board policies pertaining to licensing without a criminal background check. They also considered adopting the psychologist “code of ethics “the day she way licensed in Oregon. She is bias but towards men, but can also be bought according to other reviews. She raised my attention was trying to speed through my custody evaluation and was acting power happy so I looked into her a bit and found all this out. She has no business critiquing peoples criminal records and giving advice to judges in custody hearings, basically she helps decide the future of families. Just google her name.

Dr jailbird was convicted for forgery and tax evasion in 2008. She is a crooked woman who even though she is bias she can be bought. Do your homework before you let this woman into your life! She started getting weird with me on a custody evaluation so I googled her to find more about her and found this information. It’s not every day and average Joe gets the best of psychologist
