I like Dr.Okereke very much. She is always very nice to me and listens to me and always wants me to get what help I need .

My appointment with Dr. Okereke went very well. She listened carefully, did a thorough exam, gave me valuable information and her recommendation for pain relief. She showed me what she saw on my MRI and explained it thoroughly. I so appreciated her and Zach’s, her medical assistant, kindness and willingness to help me in a timely manner.

She has an awful bedside manner, showed no compassion for my pain. After the 2nd injection and there was no relief from the pain she called and told me there was no more she could do. I started crying and she said "Did you hear Me"? I told her yes, you can't do anything and asked what I could do next. She said well if you want you can see a pain specialist. Seriously who treats patients this way. I ended up going to another doctor who couldn't believe she didn't send me to a neurologist which I did end up doing and he said I needed surgery which she would have known had she looked at the MRI which she ordered.

Arrived for intra-arthrotic injection Halloween week and was greeted by a pirate and the child who arrived after me was sheparded to the treatment suite by a T. Rex.. The humor and good natured fun in the waiting area assuaged most of the anxiety I felt coming to a facility which was relatively unknown to me. This was contrasted and supported by the gentleness and expertise of Dr Okereke and her team. Surprisingly pain free and quick. You folks really have your act together. Thank you. The treatment has lasted several months even though complicated by other issues. I highly recommend this clinic with or without the pirate and the T. Rex.

I had very good and kind care however it did not help, I still have a lot of pain and am disappointed in the outcome. It is very difficult for me to get to the doctors office so gave up.

Horrible service & care - misled on costs and waited 10 days before calling for MRI results (while in pain and results are usually 1-3days) and was told they were waiting for me to call them to set up an appointment. Are you kidding me? Nice try. Every doctor I have ever used calls you when results are in, because they care. There is no attention to detail here and no CARE, after repeated experiences. Staff is defensive and owns none of their mistakes. Horrible.
