Linda Porter-Tucci, MD

Dr. Porter-Tucci is a wonderful doctor. I just switched to her from my previous PCP of 11 years. And I’m so pleased. She is compassionate and very thorough. Very good decision on my part. And her staff is efficient and welcoming.

Dr. Porter-Tucci is a credit to her field. She is brilliant and cares for her patients. My family and I all see her and we all love her. I love that she can be blunt at times because she cares about our wellbeing and wants us to be informed patients. Although the healthcare system is a mess, Dr. Linda Porter-Tucci is a gem amongst the chaos and a great doctor to boot!

I was a patient with LINDA PORTER TUCCI for five years. I called to schedule a follow-up appointment from the emergency room in regards to an automobile accident. The office of LINDA PORTER TUCCI told me that they have no records of me being their patient and that they are not accepting new patients at this time. I informed them that I am not a new patient, that LINDA PORTER TUCCI has been my PCP for five years, and I am following a treatment plan in regards to an automobile accident - their response was that they are not accepting new patients at this time and that, since my injury was because of an automobile accident, I would have to pay out of pocket for the injury and they would not be using insurance in regards to this visit. I do not understand how a patient of five years can just be 'dropped off' a patient list; the last thing I needed, in this stressful time, was to hear that my PCP (of five years) was not longer my PCP and that I could not receive care. This is… unacceptable - I will be searching for a new PCP and will not be affiliating myself with this practice.

This doctor saved my life! I know that is dramatic but when I read her negative reviews, I felt compelled to speak up. She encouraged me to take better care of myself and convinced me that mammograms are absolutely necessary. As a result, I had a mammogram after seven years of avoiding them. I was diagnosed with breast cancer nine years ago and as a result of her patient, caring and kind encouragement I am still alive. I'm a tough patient, headstrong and demanding. Despite that, Dr. Porter-Tucci was able to work with me through my illness and she connected me with a network of surgeons, oncologists and other specialists who saved my life. I trust her advice implicitly, even if it is something I really don't want to hear.

I have been a patient of Dr Porter-Tucci's for a few years. She has been very unresponsive to my medical requests even though I was very sick and needed an antibiotic. Due to her failure to communicate with me and her refusal to prescribe medication for an obvious bacterial infection, I am changing doctors. I should not have to endure the pain and discomfort of my illness that could be resolved by a simple antibiotic. that has always prescribed by my previous doctors. It serves no purpose to see her for any more office visit because she is unwilling to help her patient. I have never been treated this badly by any other medical professional. I can not recommend Dr. Porter-Tucci to anyone.
