Ok this is hard. I really like her she sweet and pleasant she listens. The staff have always treat me fine. I've never waited very long. Now only 4 stars because I don't understand that other than doing a procedure she's never checked my stomach or examined me physically we've just talked. Others in the past feel on your belly or what have you that kinda concerns me. At the end of the day I'm trust in her till she shows me different.

Dr. Alvarez is amazing! She is attentive, responsive, and very knowledgeable. She also is very kind and calm in a setting that can be quite stressful for the patient. Having previously been to other GI's, I feel lucky to have found Dr. Alvarez, and will continue to share her info with anyone and everyone I know looking for a GI.

Dr. Alvarez, was professional, sweet etc. she is doing some exams to find my problem. Simply I love her , she inspire me Confidence, trust. But I still needing her help, I feel sick, I have a lot of pain. Thank Dr. Alvarez.
