Dr. Lisa R Berger, MD

I am relatively new to Dr. Berger's practice and was referred by another doctor of mine who is employed by ProHealth. He told me, when asked for her contact information that ProHealth contractual obligations forbade him from disclosing it. No big mystery; just another example of the competitiveness of the health care industry: ProHealth undoubtedly did not want to lose Dr. Berger's patients to another practice. And that is their prerogative: ProHealth has no obligation to provide contact info for a former employee who now works for another practice. It did take some digging to find her and I hope that by now, everyone who wants to see her has already located her. As for the suggestion that the move was prompted by a potential lawsuit: If a plaintiff's malpractice attorney needs to find a defendant physician, they WILL find that physician. Med mal attorneys have ways of finding any practitioner they'd like to speak with that the average consumer has no knowledge of. Dr. Lisa Berger… has lived up to and exceeded my every expectation of a PCP. She is eminently knowledgeable, patient, spends ample time with her patients, welcomes questions and enters into a true partnership in developing a plan of care, i.e., where do we go from here? It doesn't get better than that!

If all of these patients keep touting how wonderful this doctor is, it has to make you wonder why she would be so irresponsible and unprofessional as to not tell them where her new office would be located... that's not what I consider a great doctor that's what I consider someone who's hiding from a malpractice suit... Just a thought

I’m a longtime patient of Dr Lisa Berger also. I was aware that she was changing her location but was hoping that new location would be posted by now! Please post your location! Rk
