Love Dr C...always friendly and takes the time to answer my questions. Very compassionate doctor.

I love Dr. Lisa. She has always been very friendly and I've never had to wait. She answers all of my questions and makes you feel very comfortable.

To put this the best way possible, save yourself the trouble & go elsewhere. My first appointment was wonderful, got me in for surgery quickly. After that, nothing but problems. The staff is very rude, all the way down to the doctor. The nurse is super sweet, the only nice thing about going there. Dr.C said very horrible things, pushed her beliefs at me, then continued to literally trash talk me to another women in the hallway as I was checking out. I literally left in tears swearing I'd never go back. I gave one last chance and went today, only to be told I had to reschedule because of them not sending me the correct forms to have filled out. I was supposed to fill out an annual form to update my information, but they sent me new patient forms which were two completely different things. I live 1.5 hours away, wasted my time and gas to come down only be turnt away because of their fault. I will NEVER return or recommend this doctor to anyone! I already have an appt SAT up with a new… doctor for in 2 weeks & will never return to Dr.C

The office staff is very crude. Their language and approach are very offensive. The doctor is never always out of the office and patients wait for hours to be seen. I am a medical professional and have treated like an idot by someone with half of my education. I left that office in tears on my last visit and will not be back. Health care providers are held to standards of ethical behavior. This office has dropped the ball in regard to ethics, courtesy, respect, timeliness, and cleanliness. Find another doctor.

I was referred to doc C. for pelvic pain. I am a thinker and have an analytical mind. I am not all about popping pills. This did not go down at all well. My initial problem has never been resolved nor have I any answers to the cause.

I absolutely would never see another ob! I have been seeing Dr c for over 5 years and have never been treated badly by her or her staff, appointments are always made and kept, I have never had to worry about getting there and not being seen. In the whole 5 years I've been seeing her in have only see her np twice! The ultrasound tech is amazing ! I highly recommend her!

Love Dr. C when she is actually available. They wanted me to wait over 3 months for an appointment even though I was having breast issues and needed a mammogram (and my annual) and there is a history of breast cancer in my family. The office staff is HORRIBLE. The worst I've ever dealth with anywhere. They are flat out rude, mean, unprofessional people who seriously need to evaluate themselves. Shame that I stopped going there solely because of the staff. I'd stay away at all costs unless you have the thickest skin possible and aren't in any type of a hurry. I would NEVER recommend.

Dr C has been my ob/gyn for over 6yrs, 2 miscarriages and 2 successful pregnancies. I had a good experience until the most recent miscarriage. So let's start with the positives. I love the ultrasound tech. She has explained so many things as well as been very supportive. Dr C has a wonderful personality, easy to talk to, with a great bedside manner. However, her nurses are cold and not helpful. One in particular flirts with hateful. You can guarantee at least a 1 hr wait to get into a room even if your apt is 730am when the office opens. As for following up or getting a follow up apt after an ER visit, you should take this opportunity to find a new doctor.

Oh where to start....first of all if there was an option to not give any stars, that would be my rating. From the beginning of my pregnancy, I have had nothing but a terrible experience with this office. I can't say I had a terrible experience with Dr. C herself, because she's never seen me! I am at the end of my 5th month of pregnancy and have yet to see her! Her staff has never been anything but impatient and rude with me when I call with a problem or question. At my 13 week appointment they took my urine sample, tested it, came back with a positive UTI testing and never called to tell me or prescribe me antibiotics. I did not know until my next monthly appointment when the nurse practitioner asked if I had finished all of my meds. That's when we found out no one had bothered to call and communicate this to me. They then had to re-test me and create a lot of stress on a woman who had already been through a miscarriage only 4 months prior to this appointment. We also had a lot of… conflicts with them when it came to scheduling for our anatomy ultrasound which was scheduled for today. I arrived with my husband, mom, and in-laws who had all taken the day off of work to drive an hour and a half to the appointment, only to find out the ultrasound tech had left early and we needed to reschedule our appointment for a later date. We made the appointment a month in advance and had been eagerly awaiting to discover our 22 week old unborn infant's gender and appearance. Instead, we were treated as if it was OUR fault for being upset that the appointment was cancelled without even a phone call to tell us ahead of time. We asked the RN to point us in the direction of someone who could take care of our problem. Rather than being understanding of why I was standing there sobbing and upset, she was nothing but rude. My husband then point blank asked to speak to whomever was in charge. The dark haired nurse responded by yelling things such as "I'm in charge", "You guys made an appointment (Which is the reason we were upset in the first place?!), and "I'm a Registered Nurse!". She finished her rant by telling us that we needed to find a new Dr. and that they were calling security on us. Sure enough as we were leaving the hospital, we saw several security guards running over to the office. We don't know what they told the guards we were doing, but it was obviously a huge lie about us being violent and disruptive. In summary, unless you want to be disrespected to in public, not see your doctor, not communicated to properly, or possibly held up in "hospital jail", I'd suggest seeing another doctor-I know we will from here on out!

Dr. C is a great doctor! She is the most down to earth and friendly doctor i have ever had. I have been seeing her for a quite a few years now and I love her. While the waiting time in the waiting room leaves something to be desired it is worth the wait to see a good doctor. And even though through out your pregnancy you intermittently see her nurse practitioners I was still well cared for as everything is ran by Lisa later. Another thing I love about her is that she is not pushy when it comes to your birth plan. There is no pressure to induce as so many doctors do unless she thinks it is absolutely necessary. One of her staff members can be a bit off putting at times but everyone else there overrides the one crab apple. Jen, the ultrasound tech, is also AMAZING.
