Dr. Castellano is an excellent communicator. She listens to your concerns and explains everything in a way that you can easily understand. There is a sense that she is both empathic and compassionate.

We met with Dr Castellano today to discuss my mom's heart. I've been to a lot of medical appointments with my mom lately. Dr Castellano is the first person to treat my mom with total dignity and respect. She patiently explained everything to us, taking extra time when we were confused. She talked directly to my mom, letting me be the observer. Most professionals assume I'm there to make decisions and talk around my mom. She was very thorough and listened to our thoughts and concerns, then gave us options, explaining those well. I highly recommend this doctor.

Met with Dr. Castellano to resolve symptoms of tachycardia & fatigue. She is very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. She listened to my experiences to better understand my situation. Immediately scheduled tests for an accurate diagnosis. Staff is also very good at beginning and follow ups.
