Dr. Lisa Anne Cavanaugh, MD

Dr. Cavanaugh is lovely. She takes the time to personally evaluate each child. She really does get to know them as individuals. My boys are teens now but Dr. C had talked me off the new mom ledge and has only refered me to the best physicians on LI. We all enjoy seeing Dr. C and her lovely staff.

She is an excellent physician. She literally saved our child's life when most other doctors would have missed the diagnosis. She will always been recommended as a physician and we are forever grateful.

Great pediatrician highly recommend

We have been going to Dr. Cavanaugh for 16 years. I would never consider another docter for my kids. As a mom, she knows how to talk to kids at their level. The diagnoses are spot-on without giving us parents any extra drama. I appreciate her down-to-earth style & trust her recommendations 100%.

Taking your child to a doctor is usually an emotional experience for a parent, especially when your child is ill. You know that your child is going to have a degree of fear and you'd hope the doctor would make it their responsibility to ease those fears. Dr. Cavanaugh definitely lacks the warmth and sensitivity you would expect from someone who has pursued pediatrics. She is abrupt and distant and always seems to be in a rush to get to the next patient. I chose to switch to another doctor.

Caring doctor no one better if your child is sick.

There is no better than Dr. Cavanaugh. She is caring, thorough and readily available. I wouldn't consider going to any other pediatrician.

Dr. Cavanuagh is a wonderful doctor. She is patient and caring.
