I was absolutely terrified of Drs. in general & was extremely scared regarding how to handle osteoporosis at a young age. My prior transfusion from another hospital was never explained & given to me very fast. I had a bad reaction & zero guidance from the drs at the former hospital I went to. As things got progressively scarier for me; I went to Tufts to get away from the other system. Dr. Ceglia listens to her patients & her staff does as well. They are kind & actually explain things unlike other Drs I have dealt with in the past that want to overmedicate you, cut you open & explain none of the ramifications of what they do to people. My recent transfusion was given to me very slowly & i was given instructions on what to do so I do not have the horrible reaction i experienced in the past at another hospital that never informed me of anything to the point I felt like just a number. I have already recommended Dr. Ceglia to a friend. Tufts in general is a great hospital that treats their… patients like real people.

This appointment today was informative and a grave reminder to watch myself instead of what's going on around (surroundings). In doing this maintaining my personal health the results may affect the ones that I love greatly and or significantly. A1C was read, blood pressure, smoking related issues and longer spacing out of appointment time.

Outstanding doctor , found immediate solution of my problems. Ask for more information by E mail. Is very concern and eager to help. In addition has an excellent and charming personality. I am very happy to be her patient.
