Our whole family has gone to this practice for 20+ years. They have a good team of MD, RN, PA, Med Tech and Billing/Admin. Dr Derken is caring and conscientious. I recommend her and her staff.

The staff are not professional and do not follow up. I waited 3 weeks for a document that impacted my life insurance status. The phone system is not patient friendly. You would think the employees are union employees because of the way the phone system and office hours are set up to accommodate them and not the patient. Patient care is great!

I've been a patient at Dr. Derken's office for about 2 years now. I have always been able to make an appointment when I've needed one and have received wonderful care from Dr. Derken or an associate if she is not available for a last minute call.
