I have been a patient of Dr G .. for twenty years.. I am absolutely blessed to have her as a doctor.. She is the most caring and compassionate Dr I’ve ever had.. most doctors today I’m sorry to say are just out for the payout.. Dr G is Genuine she personalizes each of her patients and always takes the time to listen..She never rushes your visit no matter how long it takes.. She is truly a blessing.! And her staff are also amazing people.. I couldn’t ask for more!! Thank You Dr. G for always making me feel like I matter! You are a true Gem.. ??

I AM DONE!! SENT ME A STUPID LETTER-ICD CODES?? WTH ARE THESE??? AND=I CALLED YOU 3-4 TIMES TODAY TO EXPLAIN=NO RESPONSE??? NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SITUATION!! I AM GOING TO CHANGE MY DR ASAP!!

Dr is excellent, but her staff ils incompenent. It took 3 tries for them to correct an error they made on a scripe, and the person at the front desk had an attitude about as if it was my fault. Then made me sit for 1/2 hr fora corrected script only to enter the wrong dx and wrong dr. Searching for a new primary.

My wife and I waited in the waiting room for over 45 minutes before we were taken in. It was another half an hour before the doctor came in, and she spent less than 5 minutes with us. We felt like she was rushing us, like she had someplace you would rather be. I had several questions, but because I got nervous because she was rushing us, I forgot to ask them. She has very bad bedside manner. I would not recommend this doctor if you want to see someone who actually cares about you and your sickness.

Nurse practioner said not strep. Went someplace else and it's strep.

Doctor G has the best bedside manner I have ever had. She is also very knowledgable in all medical areas.

Worked with Dr GG for a couple of years...she is a great Lady and Doctor

1 1/2 hour wait to be seen for neck pain after a car accident. Xray dependent closed for the day but we were not informed of that until after the exam almost 2 hours after arriving. We were then given a prescription for an xray, but not told where we could get that done. No neck brace offered. Wasted almost another two hours trying to find where we might get an xray. Finally, after calling back to the doctor's office we were told to go to baydhore, where xrays could be done "just like we would do then here." Guess what? Bayshore was not open for outpatient xrays either. Couldn't get an xray done until the next day. And then two days later, after calling all day, they finally told us the xray was normal. Thank god because if there had been something wrong I would have been walking around with a broken neck for two days without even a neck brace for protection. Will NEVER go back here again. Also note when we were finally called back with the xray result, the staff had the nerve to blame… is for taking so long to get the xray done. Unbelievable. Would give NO star ratings if possible.

I waited 3 hours 40 minutes to be told by this doctor that there was nothing she could do for me. I was there to refill a pain med as I was experiencing sharp back pain due to an on the job injury. I was treated as if I were "Doctor Shopping" for pain medication . I am a State Law Enforcement Officer and know full well the ramifications of drug addiction . I was lumped into a group of scum I emphatically despise.I will long remember this treatment by this Doctor. I'm no addict doctor and you have to learn to not become tainted by your environment. I too work in an environment where predators feed on the weak and try to always get over but by lumping everyone into that pool is not what you or I got into this public service career for.
