I had a badly wounded scalp caused by another dermatologist excessively applying liquid nitrogen to my scalp. I had a large, (several square inches) blister the morning after the treatment. A clear liquid flowed from the wound down my face and into an eye. I feared that my balding scalp would be forever scarred.My primary care physician suggested I seek treatment from a different dermatologist. Dr. Anderson calmed me. She had a lab test to confirm that there was no infection and she prescribed a treatment that seems to lead to a complete restoration of my scalp. It was easy to get the first appointment and she had me come back a few days later for a checkup. Then she told me that I should just continue the treatment for two weeks. And I am continuing to make good progress. I was reluctant to go to Dr. Anderson because of her poor rating on Vitals, but then I realized that those dozens of one star reviews seem to be from one person. She is a fabulous doctor.
