Poor Staff

Called 3 times last month....receptionist too busy to answr the phone! Left messages to be called back never received call....therefore changed to another Dr.

I can NEVER get in contact with this doctor. They never answer their phones or call back, have inconvenient hours, don’t answer when they’re supposed to open in the morning and seem to be “at lunch” all day because no one ever answers. Also, she just prescribes medicine without really looking into the issues. Would not recommend

She was condescending while I was explaining my symptoms. Started to prescribing me antibiotic before even giving me a diagnosis. It feels like you are a number in that office not a patient.

I am a former patient, happily. When I first started going to Dr Li she seemed attentive and listened to every concern. Then came the follow up visits where she just kept prescribing different meds and wanting more follow ups. Tests ordered always came back perfect, yet pain and issues continued. Fast forward to new Dr and surgery needed. You can't just medicate and medicate.......

I have been a patient of Dr. Li for years. Never had poor care or a bad experience. She is cordial, meticulous with data, and is accessible.

When I first became a patient of Dr. Li, she was very attentive. She would pull her chair up and talk to me face to face. Now she sits far away with her laptop. Her receptionist is nasty and rude. The final straw was test results. I called upset as I got a call back from the hospital. I wanted to speak with her and after leaving 3 messages, she never called back. Her receptionist called back 3 days later to tell me my test results were ok. Meanwhile I stressed for days.

Dr Li is a great doctor takes the time to speak to you and help you. Her receiption Debbie is a very nice person, very helpful also.

Receptionist is very unpleasant and she barely has any office hours. Not worth the time.
